CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy At Glow Theory Wellness, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure availability for all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. ✨ Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 15% cancellation fee. Deposits may be required and not refunded. No-shows and last-minute cancellations prevent us from accommodating other clients and may require prepayment for future appointments.
